The Dossisol MINI is designed to be used by consumers of sulfur dioxide:

• Decanting of wine
• Musts containing sulphites
• High-speed requirements in the SO₂ addition. The system is based on the SO₂ dosage through pressurization with N₂ and weight measurement with load cells, accurately obtaining the dosage requested by the user. The emptying of the SO₂ container is performed at the dosage speed chosen by the user, resulting in a precise emptying of the container. The dosage high speed reduces the product treatment times. Adjustable speed between 0.5 and 100 kg/h. Dosing accuracy 100 g. Dosing is carried out with SO₂ in liquid form without producing odours and vapours which can be annoying or harmful to people and the environment. The dispenser has its own SO₂  storage tank rechargeable by the user.
